The roles everyone underestimates

Professional-services roles get treated as easy to fill because the titles are
familiar. In practice a controller at a 40-person company and a controller at a
400-person company are different jobs, and hiring the wrong one is expensive in a
way that takes a year to become obvious.

These are also the roles where culture fit is least negotiable — a finance or HR
lead who cannot work the way your leadership team works will not last, however
strong the résumé.

Do you recruit for small businesses as well as large employers?

Yes. We work with organisations of all sizes across the Treasure Valley and the
wider Northwest.

Is there a minimum salary level you work at?

Rather than publish a threshold, we will tell you straight whether a given role
is one we can do well. If it is not, we would rather say so than take it on.
