Civil Engineer (EIT)

land development projects across southern Idaho to find their next Civil Engineer (EIT).

What You'll Do

• Design & Drafting — Assist in producing detailed design drawings, plans, and blueprints

for grading, roadway, drainage, and utility projects.

• Technical Modeling — Support design development using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other

industry-standard tools.

• Site Analysis — Review survey data, conduct site assessments, and integrate findings into

engineering solutions.

• Engineering Support — Perform calculations for stormwater, utilities, roadway geometry,

and earthwork under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Collaboration — Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and construction

partners to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and compliant.

• Documentation — Prepare technical reports, specifications, exhibits, and supporting

project documentation.

• Quality & Compliance — Assist in ensuring designs meet regulatory requirements, local

standards, and our client's quality expectations.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD; exposure to Civil 3D preferred.

• Understanding of core civil engineering principles (grading, hydrology, utilities, roadway

design).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
