COO/ EOS Integrator

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Chief Operating Officer who can help them build the next chapter.
This isn't a traditional COO role focused only on operations or finance. They're looking for someone who can bring both together: a strategic operator with strong financial instincts who naturally thinks three steps ahead. Someone who sees opportunities before others do, creates structure where needed, and helps turn ideas into execution.
Our client runs on EOS, and this role will serve as their Integrator — the person who keeps priorities moving, creates alignment across teams, and turns big-picture vision into day-to-day reality.
You’ll partner closely with their CEO and Leadership Team, helping ensure they're not just growing, but growing intentionally.
What You'll be Responsible for:
Turning vision into reality
- Partner with the CEO to translate ideas and strategy into clear execution plans
- Keep company priorities moving and teams aligned around shared goals
- Drive accountability and operational rhythm through EOS
- Build systems and processes that allow our client to scale without losing what makes it special
- Anticipate challenges before they become problems and proactively create solutions
Owning the numbers and seeing the story behind them
- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Develop insights and metrics that help leadership make smarter decisions
- Optimize cash flow, resource allocation, and overall financial health
- Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and business risks
- Help the organization think beyond "what happened?" and toward "what happens next?"

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen operations across the business
- Build systems that create visibility and accountability
- Establish meaningful KPIs and help teams use them effectively

- Strengthen leadership accountability, role clarity, and cross-functional alignment across the organization
- Help leaders grow from reactive management toward proactive business leadership
- Create consistency in how teams communicate, prioritize, and execute
They're Looking for Someone Who...
- Has 8+ years of leadership experience across operations, finance, business strategy, or related areas
- Has helped organizations grow and scale successfully
- Brings strong financial acumen but sees finance as a tool for decision-making, not just reporting
- Naturally thinks ahead and proactively solves problems
- Can move comfortably between strategy discussions and tactical execution
- Has experience with EOS (or gets excited about operating in that framework)
- Builds trust quickly and communicates effectively across all levels of an organization
- Likes creating order from complexity
- Leads with humility, accountability, and curiosity
