Role Overview
The Senior Implementation Analyst serves as the primary technical consultant for CRM deployments. This role bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that CRM solutions are not just "functional," but are optimized to drive revenue, user adoption, and operational efficiency. In this new role, you will also carry responsibility for project health, team mentorship, and the evolution of implementation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical implementation and provide support of standard and customized deliverables for customers of our Enterprise CRM platform
- Configure 3rd party integrations with core CRM modules using web services and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by our customers, working with peer and partner groups as needed.
- Co-lead end-to-end implementations, provide support, and resolve technical issues within agreed upon SLAs
- Interface with CRMNEXT global team members to provide guidance regarding technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution.
- Also interface directly with customers to provide technical expertise and validate solutions vs. customer needs and expectations.
- Make recommendations for system, process and product enhancements based on experience implementing and supporting the product.
- Work as part of a global team to deploy enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pilot and post-production issues
Key Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters college degree in computer science or information systems, or the equivalent in practical experience.
- Experience with MS SQL – writing queries, importing/exporting data, etc.
- Working knowledge of .NET, networking technologies, and IT management
- Highly adept at integration technologies – SOAP, REST APIs, XML, web services
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies – AWS or Azure
- Ability to communicate (written and oral) complex technical requirements, issues, and solutions in terms that are easily understood by the target audience.
- Process design & documentation skills, project management skills
- Previous experience at banks or credit unions highly desired, especially working with core systems (FIS Horizon, Jack Henry Symitar/Silverlake, etc.)
- Experience in CRM of any kind – Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel/Oracle, etc.
